A proactive academician with a natural passion in the HR domain. She is currently pursuing her doctoral studies in the area of ‘Talent Management’ at PSGR Krishnammal College for Women, Coimbatore. Earlier, she had
completed her MBA with distinction at Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology, Coimbatore. She has consistently proved herself as a committed team player who has organised many training workshops and institutional events. She was invited twice as a Motivational speaker to deliver skill building programs to schools through SAN institutions. She was also invited as a Pilot trainer for Rotary club training programs for school students. She has participated in National and International conferences and has published research paper in a reputed International journal in the area of ‘Talent retention She had travelled to Malaysia, as the team coordinator, along with MBA students for their International educational trip and Industrial visits, in the year 2011.In the professional journey, she has hands-on experience both in industry and academia, which she utilizes in her real-time teaching. She has completed certification courses in SAP Business One, Tally etc., An optimistic person who is also an avid nature and music enthusiast, who aims to empower the student community in an all-round manner for the future world.
