AswiniBharathi.R is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at SNMV Institute of
Management. She has a rich knowledge in the Hospital sector where she blends her skills and
experience to serve an important bridge between the worlds of practice and academia. She has
completed her B.S.Optometry in affiliation to BITS,Pilani and later on pursued her M.B.A in
Hospital and Health Systems Management. Besides, she has cleared her UGC NET in 2020.
She has attended various National and International conferences where she has presented her
various articles in the conference proceedings. One among her article has been published in an
international journal called “Optometry Today”. Her recent paper has been published in IIP
Proceedings,USA. She has been proactively doing her volunteer work as a primary vision
screener in various Government Schools. She has been a member in Optometric Association of
Tamil Nanbargal(OATN).Being a social responsible person, she had attended
“PARIVARTHAN”, an NGO initiative programme on Disaster risk reduction and humanitarian
response which has held in Kerala. She has attended various Faculty Development
Programme(FDP) including the one which was organized by Infosys in association with
BharathiarUniversity,Coimbatore.
